Their service is very bad and poor.
First they deducted R399 instead of R249 like we agreed,secondly my wifi has been off since Wednesday last week,When you call their numbers they refer you to their horrible Whatsaap line,yesterday I was on their Whatsaap from 8am they responded to be at 11am,they said I must pay the R249 to activate the wifi,told them to send me the link,they sent me a link that is not working,I spend the whole of Saturday chatting with them about this link,at 4pm they told me that their links are not working I must wait for 3 hours....

Very good customer service
Saturday I went to clicks to buy myself some few things,I remember looking for a specific product in the store I wasn't able to find it,I asked one of the stuff to help me look for it,He was so friendly and very respectful when I was asking for help....Even the Security Officer that was on duty was very friendly..... Keep up the good work guys.

I went to Clicks Mall Of Africa the other day,to exchange the item that I bought by mistake,when I got there to exchange the product I explained my story to the manager and she understood my story and helped me right away. I'm so happy with their service.

Good Service
I order a Fibre installation from Webafrica,they responded quick and they installed if fast....their service was very good and today they called and asked if the Fibre is working nicely...I recommend Webafrica
