It’s honestly impressive how SANTS manages to be this ***********. I’m shocked they even have ratings above one star — must be a miracle. It took over a month just to get enrolled, and every time I called, I was told “we’re aware of the matter.” Clearly, awareness doesn’t equal action.

You’ll wait 15 minutes on hold (if you’re lucky) only to get absolutely nowhere. The only time they’re efficient is when it’s about your money. I cancelled my studies and waited another month for a reply — just to be told I still owe tuition.

And judging by all the other reviews, they clearly don’t care about feedback either — because nothing ever changes.

If you enjoy being ignored, frustrated, and overcharged for shocking service, SANTS is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favour and stay far, far away.
