We signed up for a contract with Sasolburg alarms. Only after signup we were told our alarm is old and they cant support it. Needless to say we paid the full 2 years on this contract without an alarms. 3 Months before the end of the contract we told them we would like to cancel the contract, however, after the end of the contract they were still taking money from our account. We went to visit their office and were informed that we need to pay another 2 months extra for cancellation which we then paid. Yet for the next 4 months after our contract supposedly finished they deducted their last amount from our account. Clearly these guys dont care about their customers, only their money!
