Bad service

I have been try to get reprints for my certificates but the service for sasseta it very bad. Just to do reprints for certificates, it takes three weeks now. The don't respond email. The ask documents, I send them my documents still no one it attending my problem. I can't look for job because people of sasseta don't want to do they job. Here other email from them.
