Good day I lost my job year 2021 and I submit my documents for them to release my money but I didn't get money because the process it taking too long but the preach that process is only 6 weeks but you wait more than that like the still making an order from abroad. I end up getting 11 months contract job , when ask about what going on with money, they response was your working now we can't give you money. Okay, you can't give me my money? What going to happen? They said they going to transfer money to the current employer and I will get money when I lose the current job. Now the contract ended 25June 2023 then I submitted all documents. I am still waiting for money even now. When I call them the answer is " we are still transferring the money for your previous employer. Transfer takes 1year , even now they still transferring money. I don't know it how we supposed to suffer to get our money?
Good day I have accounts that was handover to MBD collector. My accounts was for game store and RCS credit card. We reached agreement to settle accounts last year 2022 which I did. I have managed to settle last account July 2022 but when I request paid up letter they told me, I can only get letter after 14days. I call after 14days but still waiting for paid up letter until now. I keep on calling but they just drop my calls. Sometimes they just promise to request. Everytime you call them they drop calls. Now they trying to scam me with this letter. Vvm the call me saying am owing game store, I have to settle account. I told them I don't owe game store, I have settled the account, the ask me to send them paid up letter as proof. When I call MBD collector about the paid up letter they keep on promise to send it. Now they drop my calls because I keep on calling. I believe the busy scamming people
Good day. I have been try to get reprints for my certificates but the service for sasseta it very bad. Just to do reprints for certificates, it takes three weeks now. The don't respond email. The ask documents, I send them my documents still no one it attending my problem. I can't look for job because people of sasseta don't want to do they job. Here other email from them. They says i must pay extra R50 so the can reconnect my decoder. It's other way to make money multchoice (Dstv). They don't even want to give me answer
