I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Satrix regarding my account, which was placed on hold as of the 26th of February 2025. Despite my repeated efforts to resolve the matter, I encountered constant delays, vague reassurances, and a lack of meaningful assistance.
I was unable to withdraw my funds during a period of poor stock market performance. The delay caused me to miss critical opportunities to mitigate these losses, which were entirely avoidable had Satrix acted with urgency and efficiency.
Customer care was unhelpful throughout this ordeal. I was redirected from one agent to another without any progress or clear communication. Despite being promised by the compliance team on the 10th of March 2025 that my issue would be resolved within a couple of days, seven days passed without any resolution.
The only way I managed to resolve this issue was by refusing to end a call until my matter was addressed. After waiting three weeks with no progress, it became clear that no one had been working on my query during that time. Shockingly, I was only asked to submit additional information yesterday—something that could have been requested weeks ago. This highlights sheer negligence on Satrix’s part, as the matter was ultimately resolved within one day once I demanded action.
This experience has demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism, efficiency, and respect for their clients. I cannot recommend Satrix and urge potential investors to exercise caution as this institution's service is dismally poor.
