Disgusting service
I am fuming.. I am so angry I have never ever in my entire existence experienced such disgusting and appalling customer service from ur branch in Monte Casino.. where did u get those people ? Were they even trained??? There's a lady there who doesn't know how to speak to customers she clearly dsnt know where her bread is buttered .. I asked for the manager they said they dont have a manager..I dont understand how a shop that big dsnt have a leader because those people are gonna make u lose customers cos me and my friends will never set food there

Disgusting service

Food wasn't delicious at all
The quality of food is not good. We bought 6 kotas each 39.00. I really don't understand what was happening. The bread wasn't fresh. Chips were dry .ijoo worst I don't want to comment. Sausage saloon food is delicious but the gold reef city one doesn't meet status for other saloons .

Chakalalaka wors combo not what I expected
I honestly did not enjoy my experience as I order the chakalalaka wors combo, it was nothing like what I saw on the picture or thought. I thought the was chakalalaka and original wors but not. I wish the could they could explain better to consumers. The service was really disappointing

Food put in a bread plastic bag!
Today I went to Sausage Salon in Loftus park.. I go there and ordered A special one from their menu it's a kota, right I took a seat as I thought yes it's gonna take long rightfully so as it's a kota... while seated 4 people came to order and the lady took their orders and they also took their seats... I was then called to come collect my kota, did I not get A SHOCK OF MY LIFE!!! MY FOOD WAS PUT IN A BLUE RIBBON BREAD PLASTIC BAG!!! I as I am shocked and ask and then?? She says we don't have anything else to put it in... I look at her and take my food... Lol guys!!! I went to Sausage Salon first because I didn't want to go across the road for a kota, that I could have gotten at R20.00 yet I paid R40.00 for it!!! To top it all off i got as I walked with that plastic in my hand I get to the office and I open the kota up, the Russian is cut in half!!! I took pictures should u want to see them... Am very disappointed and to be honest me and my colleagues will never buy there again..

Stale Sausage Saloon hotdogs
l am writing to express my disappointment with Sausage Saloon in Benmore Gardens, Sandton. I found your corndogs to be stale, with a smell and taste reminiscent of old oil that has been reused multiple times.I was only able to consume approximately 3% of the food before having to discard the remainder. kindly urge you to improve your standards, as your prices do not reflect the quality of the food provided.
