Disgusting service
I am fuming.. I am so angry I have never ever in my entire existence experienced such disgusting and appalling customer service from ur branch in Monte Casino.. where did u get those people ? Were they even trained??? There's a lady there who doesn't know how to speak to customers she clearly dsnt know where her bread is buttered .. I asked for the manager they said they dont have a manager..I dont understand how a shop that big dsnt have a leader because those people are gonna make u lose customers cos me and my friends will never set food there

Appalling customer service at Burger King Kylami corner
Got the most appalling service from a place I don't go a week without buying from .. so I use your app to order food .. the app says its R50 I give the cashier R100 she gives me back R49 I ask how cos I buy this meal on a regular.. her entire attitude changed as soon as I wanted my money... I'm not even sure if u guys are aware of this or it's just a technical glitch ... I demanded to see the manager and to my shock she's actually a manager.. She then returned and gave me my 1 Rand with an attitude... I asked for extra sauce and she refused.. I buy there almost every day and no one has ever refused me sauce... I dunno if it was my skin color... Please reach ur staff proer customer service.. and I will never ever buy from that place again .. A few months ago I bought food in the morning the relish was totally off even the bun wasn't fresh .. I never wanted to day anything but now I cannot keep quiet wen I'm a paying customer and I'm being treated like this... That girl's name is Lerato

I was insulted by an employee at the presence of a Manager ... WOOLWORTHS MAPONYA MALL
I had the worst experience at one of ur branches (MAPONYA mall Soweto) I have never in my life had an employee insult a customer Infront of a manager and that manager just keeps quite... Well that customer is Me.... I worked for Woolworths in the past and as far as I know Woolworths has the out most respect for their customers.. so I get to MAPONYA mall from baragwanath hospital... I see a Woolworths trolley outside.. as I was about to take it this man tells me I cannot take that trolley I need to fetch one from the store... I asked him since wen ? The insults started my 2 year old daughter with a head injury was pushed out of the way .. wen I asked him why he did that his response was Futshek sefebe. I told him I was gonna report him and he didn't care.. he told me he dsnt give a **** and no one was gonna do anything to him. Knowing Woolworths and their stand on customer service I went to the store and asked for the manager... A guy by the name of Maxwell came...With one of the worst attitudes from a manager.... The trolley guy came in and still insulted me Infront of that manager who stood there and said nothing... I told the manager I was gonna report this he also didn't care as I walked away they stood there talking with that trolley guy who continued to be disrespectful... When did Woolworths allow their employees to be so disrespectful to customers??? Or is it because we shop in the locations that's why we are so disrespected...why is the standard of customer service in white areas better than in black areas... Why do u have a manager who has no leadership skills???a manager that just stands there like a statue wen his employees disrespect and hurl insults at customers????when did Woolworths become that shop???? I am one of ur biggest customers but the service I got today at ur shop is appalling... Very disturbing.... Nothing about that mans conduct represents Woolworths

Pick n pay clothing Kyalami corner bad service by REBECCA
I complained about the service I got from this place last week... The bad attitude from their worker Rebecca who gives us bad looks and bad service as if we there to bother her... As always an incident report was opened but till this day no one has even had the decency to call or do anything... If I was a different skin color this would have been attended to quickly... Sies

Bad service at Pick n pay Kyalami corner
So I went to buy Back to the city tickets at this shop ... Got the worst service from a lady named Rebecca ... This woman gives u the dirtiest of looks ND chews Chappies while helping customers... All this time I think the clothing ND supermarket are the same thing in terms of buying tickets... Was told this store dsnt sell event tickets anymore .. she even called her store manager by the name Lebo who told them pick n pay clothing Kyalami dsnt and I repeat no longer sells event tickets.....

Bad service in black areas
I am shocked at the fact that the 2 pick n pay branches I had an issue with had the decency to try and get hold of me .. Epsom Downs apologized for the service I got ( thou I felt it was a half ass apology ) .. But the one pick n pay in naledi that continues to give the community the ****piest service not even one person had the decency to try and get hold of me... Do u even know about that Pick n pay ND the service they give people from Naledi ???? It is so sad that black townships are given the ****tiest of services ND when we complain it's like no one listens ... I posted a complaint I think 3 months ago ND whoever runs ur Facebook page gave me the most unprofessional response... I don't know where u get people that work for u it's actually a disgrace ... If I were u I'd remove my name ... From management to the workers every body is just rude .. and to top it all off they sell stale food.. someone needs to look into this because this is nonsense... We spend our hard earned money only to recieve service that is less than .. go to pick n pay in white areas the service way better but our money is the same ... Hope pick n pay bosses get to see this because we are not respected a consumers ... Do u even train these people in customer service because Wow... I want the complaint I logged all those months back to be looked to otherwise every week u'll be getting a review from this customer!!!!!! The service u give black people in townships is disgusting

Bad service at pick n pay for Tymebank users
So you know Pick n pay especially the ones in black communities are tarnishing ur name ( Pick n pay glen mall ) ( pick n Pay Dobsonville) ... We can't deposit money ... If we want to withdraw it's a problem so unfortunately I'm going to close off my account because this is just bull**** ... I dunno if these people were trained or they just don't want to do their job

So sick of the bad service pick n pay gives black communities
I am so sick of the service we get in the township... Someone tried to deposit money for me at a pick n pay in protea glen gave him my account numbers and he was turned away ... They said they don't deposit money at the tills ... The same happens 2 weeks back at Pick n pay in Dobsonville... Ok as Tymebank users how are people supposed to deposit money for us 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳 .. Does Tymebank know how much we struggle???? *** ... What the hell is ****en happening ... Where the hell are u getting these people ... This is really sickening... Don't u train ur staff,????

PICK N PAY BAD SERVICE ESPECIALLY IN BLACK TOWNSHIPS
Bought food from a pick n pay in Naledi Soweto.. brought back the food .. was told to speak to one of the managers who was rude as hell nd asked me all sorts of unnecessary question... Even had the nerve to say if she weighed this will it be the same amount on the item... The nerve 😡🤬 this is after I had spent 100s of rand's on purchases ... Complained on Facebook... Someone took down my personal information.. weeks passed before anyone said anything to me .. I always wonder where u get these people from .. were they even trained ?????... Reached out to them and their response shocked me .. aparantly this was a personal issue they were advised I'm complainng because they opened a new liquor store.... I dunno wat that has to do with anything as I don't even sell alcohol... So I'm wondering if this is how Pick n pay response to unhappy customers???? Another issue with this pick n pay is they never allow u to withdraw money .. they are forever offline .. tyme bank must just remove their services form pick n pay because we as customers we r struggling I encountered another unprofessional manager at a pick n pay in EPSOM DOWNS tried to withdraw money nd I taken from pillar to post nd this man had the nerve to call me YOU PEOPLE MEANING TYMEBANK USERS!!! my question is y provide a service that u really don't want ?? It is a hassle and a half to withdraw money from these tills .. u met wit angry looks it's like u borrowing this money from them ... I just wonder if the big bosses at pick n pay Kno wat is happening on the ground because the service we get in black areas is appalling to say the least
