Disgusting service

I am fuming.. I am so angry I have never ever in my entire existence experienced such disgusting and appalling customer service from ur branch in Monte Casino.. where did u get those people ? Were they even trained??? There's a lady there who doesn't know how to speak to customers she clearly dsnt know where her bread is buttered .. I asked for the manager they said they dont have a manager..I dont understand how a shop that big dsnt have a leader because those people are gonna make u lose customers cos me and my friends will never set food there
