Shocking Service..

I had a contract with Savika to protect my late mothers property. Needless to say, the property got broken into and vandalised and I ended up with a R18k water bill because I was not notified that the alarm was not on; even though the contract clearly stated, System Management Monitoring: for mains fail, Open & Close & Low battery. When asked my recourse to re-coupe the costs, Rachael from Savika said they are not an insurance company and passed me onto Trevor, who I assume is a manager. After some backwards and forwards with Trevor and threats to cancel my contract. I eventually agreed to cancel the contract..

Just a warning, do not do business with Savika. As they are not an ethical business and will not stand by what they are contracted to fulfil.
