I thought brokers were meant to be intermediaries between myself and the insurer. It’s frustrating that I have been paying monthly for there services and when I need them to clarify and effectively communicate with myself and insurance, they are no where in sight. There was little to no communication from their end after I submitted a claim. I had to call for 5 days before I could get assistance. Definitely seeking another broker.
