They don't allocate the points as promised

Having extreme issues with getting my points allocated. On three different slips I purchased the following respectively: 2X Black Crown 6 pack Castle lager NRB 24 pack 2X Brutal Fruit 6 pack I have sent numerous emails but the points have still not been allocated to my profile.
