I previously requested the closure of my account, as my contract ended in September 2025 and the account was fully settled. Despite this, it still reflects as active on your system, and to make matters worse, I was wrongfully debited in October 2025. What’s even more frustrating is that, despite numerous emails and phone calls, the incorrect information submitted to the credit bureau — falsely indicating that I’ve missed payments — has still not been corrected. This is completely unacceptable. I have always met all my payment obligations on time via debit order and have never defaulted on any payments. Your ongoing failure to address and correct this matter is now seriously damaging my credit score, and I am beyond disappointed with the lack of accountability and urgency shown. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately, and for written confirmation once the necessary corrections have been made.
This is the second time this year that I have experienced issues with Debonairs and the online voucher system. - which means R100 down the drain! I attempted to place an online delivery order totaling R84.00 and app**** my R50 voucher. However, I received a notification stating that delivery is only available for orders exceeding R89.00. I then returned to the menu to add an item and increase my total, but when I reapp**** the Wicode at checkout, I received an error message stating, “The voucher code is invalid.” I made several calls to the branch for assistance; although the staff were courteous and tried to help, they were unable to resolve the issue. I was then referred to Head Office, but unfortunately, they did not make any effort to assist me further.
Once again, I am writing to request your urgent assistance in rectifying incorrect information being reported to the credit bureau by On Air. I have consistently made all payments on time via debit order and have never missed a payment. Despite this, there appear to be inaccurate reports submitted to the bureau, which are negatively affecting my credit score. Experian advised that I need to reach out to On Air, because they are the one's that submitted the incorrect data. I submitted the statement to the bureau that was provided to me by Aveeshay Chaitram (from OnAir) last week and Experian has advised of the following: "Kindly request the credit grantor (OnAir) to send (Experian) the instruction to update/amend/delete as they are aware of the process, kindly see below the process in order for us to assist further." I kindly request that you submit what has been requested by Experian and ensure that the necessary corrections are made with immediate effect. This misinformation continues to unjustly impact my credit profile, and I would appreciate your urgent attention to resolving it.

We visited Elephant & Co to celebrate Galentine's with my wonderful friend, and I can't emphasize enough how incredible the experience was. The food was simply delicious, and the service from both the waitstaff (Andile) and management was impeccable —honestly, I can't find a single flaw. Tucked away in the center of the Pavilion on the mezzanine floor, Centre Court remains a go-to spot for an incredible array of delicious dishes, all at a great price. It was our first time back (Feb 2025) since the restaurant's transformation, and I’m completely in love with the place! I was so happy to see that they kept the ICONIC mirrors in the ceiling - very nostalgic. The restaurant still has an intimate, exclusive vibe, perfect for a romantic night out or any other special occasion. The food was exceptional, and our waitron Lindani, was so attentive and provided exceptional service throughout. #SharetheLoveMzansi

It's the BIGGEST **** I've seen to date! I cashed out R500.00 on 30/07/2024 and I still have not received payment, ONLY EXCUSES! Numerous emails and empty promises. The fact that they have time to reply to my emails and continue to lie, infuriates me the most! 4 months, 8 days of waiting for my payout.
