Pathetic service - Saya recoveries

It should actually be -5 for the rating. I've phoned them on several occasions to settle my mom-in-laws debt. On none of the occasions they picked up the account. All debts has been settled through Concept Recoveries on 13/01/2026. Today SAYA still deducted the money from her account and they refuse to assist me for refunding. I've called the ombudsman and will logged a formal complain through them for African Bank and Saya Recoveries.
