Pathetic service - Saya recoveries
It should actually be -5 for the rating. I've phoned them on several occasions to settle my mom-in-laws debt. On none of the occasions they picked up the account. All debts has been settled through Concept Recoveries on 13/01/2026. Today SAYA still deducted the money from her account and they refuse to assist me for refunding. I've called the ombudsman and will logged a formal complain through them for African Bank and Saya Recoveries.

Handling of claim
I'm extremely impress with how this claim was handled. Lesego Matshiamo Moremore kept me in the loop with every step. There were delay's from my side due to outstanding documents which made the process a bit longer, but once everything was handed in, it was wrapped up in a day. Thank you Kind Price.

Excellent service
After reading recent reviews I thought I made a mistake by using Renewonline.co.za, but since I already paid it was a change I had to take. I was absolutely pleasantly surprised. First took about 2 weeks for delivery. I also got an email to remind me about another vehicle that has to be renewed. Within 2 weeks I got that disc as well. Thank you Renewonline.co.za you made life a lot easier. No more taking leave from work to stand in a que - just a few clicks and within 2 weeks you have everything delivered at your door. Keep up the good work

Online ordering
<p>Order placed & paid online on 03/10/2016 at 18:25 for delivery at 19:15. Called them at 19:30 to find out what happened to my order. The call centre was of no help and just asked me to phone the branch directly. Spoke to Gary at Three Rivers branch - my pizza was ready for the driver to collect. I again phoned at 20:00 and was told the driver has just left. My order was finally delivered at 20:30 - ice cold. What about your promise...."if its cold... its on us"? The manager will have to refund me and hopefully they will introduce the credit system on the website soon (if it's there already, I'm not aware of it)</p>
