Sazbar roadhouse are ******* and ***** your money

We ordered food here on the 31st Jan and when our food came it was time to pay, this is not the first time this has happened, the first time it was just for milkshakes and a small amount so we left it, but this time our order was more than R500, we used their card machine and the machine showed the transaction didn't go through, but the money was taken out of our account, after insisting we pay again my husband just refused because he showed then in his banking app it went through, they then took the food back and didn't refund is saying the money will be in our account the next day which was Saturday, my husband then went back on sunday still showing them no refund in our account, they then promised it will reverse in more than 48 hours, on monday my husband went again and even showed the bank statement and account that the money still isn't reversed, that the owner doesn't even have the audacity to come and talk to my husband and only sent the waiters, so unprofessional and rude. They basically stole from us, please be careful paying with your card because they take your money. If you read other reviews you will see there is more than one person complaining about this.
