No aftersales service - go with another company

After repair and roof redone we experienced downpour in our study area. Reported and few months later the Engineer - Ryan came out to check out. Told us that was airvents.

We insisted on repairs. That was about 3 months maybe longer. He is not answering my calls.

Contacted office few times and was promised a response. Get yourself another company if need roof repairs - after sales service is pathetic.
