Service provider to Dialdirect, suppose to repair broken car window. NO feedback - nothing happening week later.
Car broken into a week ago and the window still not repaired. no feedback from Dial direct or Glasfit the service provider. We are not able to drive the car with broken window. been a week already and nothing!

More leaks than we had before the roof was changed! More leaks : At the moment we have the start of paint coming off out walls, minor crack appearing, black mold and water leaks over our Aluminium windows. The area we previously used as work station - had to remove all PC due to water leaks. Recommended repairs in Summer is a redesign of this roof which will cost about R11 000. SBS refuses to admit that the design is faulty, it requires a redesign and hence this post. Report given by the SBS gutter team: 1. Rusty nails on sheets. 2. Pooling of water where leaks are occurring. 3. Resealing of visible gaps. 4. Box gutter was clear - no debris. Next step is Small claims court to recover unnecessary work done plus repairs required in Summer. FROM SBS : Hi Lucielle, 1. There is nothing wrong with the pitch/slope on the roof. No pooling is occurring.2. We suggest fitting a gutter between the pitched roof and the flat roof. This will eliminate water run off from the tiled roof onto this areas.3. The box gutter also required maintenance as it has not been maintained since we had installed to the roof. We will send through a quote for the gutter and the roof service. Garmin Forerunner starting playing up and eventually died. Sent back via Total Sports Tokai. Got back today after 1 month of waiting in a plastic Jiffy bag. No box or instructions for setting up. Thanx Garmin for the watch but now need to find instructions for setting it up. Not impressed with Total sports delay and lack of pride in your product Garmin!
After repair and roof redone we experienced downpour in our study area. Reported and few months later the Engineer - Ryan came out to check out. Told us that was airvents. We insisted on repairs. That was about 3 months maybe longer. He is not answering my calls. Contacted office few times and was promised a response. Today popped in to woolies, one of my fav food shops. But every-time I visit my spirit just does not feel right. Last week bought viennas for Kids lunch and thought looked and tasted different. Today I got some uncooked chicken for tomorrow's lunch and also did not look the same. Then the basmati rice I bought - they are all stamped halaal. What is up with this? As a Christian I don't buy halaal. So my question to Woolworths is - where are all the non halaal suppliers? I want to buy from them please!!! If you know of list of alternate food suppliers etc please post below.

Account paid for 1 year in advance - few days ago DSTV switched off due to no payment. Checked account and looks like someone fraudulently managed to transfer money out of the Multichoice account. My problem is that Multichoice accepted a proof of payment that was not from the account holder. Nor did they confirm the transfer of monies out of the account holder's account with the Account holder. My question: How is Multichoice protecting its clients from fraud? Surely monies can only move out of an account if permission is granted by the account holder - being YOUR client. Due to the mistake on DSTV billing side - makes sense to request refund for the period we were without DSTV as DSTV disconnected our service in error. Proof of payment sent - need our DSTV switched back on with immediate effect. Smart card : ********** 790
