Shocking service!!

Initially service was good.. Once I received the incorrect product I can't get hold of them, and they don't reply to my emails, whatsapp or Facebook requests. I'm really disappointed in them😞. I see they read my whatsapp messages but choose to ignore me.. sad that this is how businesses operate these days...
