HANDBRAKE questionable???
My cars handbrake was up when I parked it, yet it rolled down a driveway and crashed into a customers gate causing serious damages. Had it checked at Mahindra the following week. They said there was nothing wrong with hand brakes and refuse any liability.. yet no one there can explain how my car rolled down his driveway with the handbrake fully up??? Not impressed at all..

Shocking service!!
Initially service was good.. Once I received the incorrect product I can't get hold of them, and they don't reply to my emails, whatsapp or Facebook requests. I'm really disappointed in them😞. I see they read my whatsapp messages but choose to ignore me.. sad that this is how businesses operate these days...

Terrible service from Vodacom Shop Lakeside mall
Terrible service from the manager at this shop. My mom went to purchase the 3rd phone from them 2 days ago. She enquired about the price which they told her was R3300. She complained and said that less than 2 months ago she paid R2800 for the same model Samsung A20. She asked the manager for a pensioners discount and also the fact that this was now her 3rd purchase from them in less than 4 months. He gave all sorts of excuses as to not give the discount. She promptly left and went to MTN around the corner and bought the same phone for R3300 including a screen protector and cover. So to put it bluntly, your service is much to be desired. After nearly spending R7000 with your store and willing to purchase another phone, she didn't get discount.. Way to loose a customer Vodacom shop.
