In a nutshell - built a scullery in August last year and put in Schneider double plugs in the revamped kitchen/dining room. Within a few weeks the one plug would not switch off. Being busy only got around to report it to Zubair at DISCOUNT ELECTRICAL where I bought the said plug from on 11 April. I was the put on to Martie van der Westhuizen and emailed her on 30 May 2018. A representative phoned me after this email to say it would be replaced. Martie too phoned and told me it would be replaced. No action!! I emailed Martie again today 23 August 2018 hoping to get a response this time. It has taken 14 weeks for NOTHING to happen.
