Part 1, brought a response.. FIRST FOR WOMEN insurers are the worst. Put in my third party accident claim 2 days ago. Promised Edward would call. No call. Phoned again .... an email would be sent. No email. Service is appalling. Contacting Hello Peter bought s response. Got an email asking for policy which JUST HAPPENDED TO BE ON THEIR EMAIL SUBJECT LINE!!! Five and a half hours later nothing further has happened. I'm sitting on 2 full working days since submitting my claim and zero movement forward. Be warned DO NOT INSURE with them. Useless

I wanted to buy lawn dressing. One of the owners suggested that not buy lawn dressing as they recommended compost for my lawn for nourishment. The 2m3 arrived and was spread on the lawn while i was at work..... well it has stones, so much bark and sticks as well as broken tiles, bits of plastic etc. \Which means before I can mow the lawn, all that "filler" will have to be raked up. I contacted them yesterday (21.08.24) and told them with an accompany specimen photo of the filler. The message was read 30 minutes later and then no reply so today asked when I get and answer and this is their reply: "Goodday, so sorry for only getting back to you now, we were offline. I spoke to our manager regarding this and it was decided that you are more than welcome to come and collect 5 bags of compost to compensate""" I am gobsmacked - zero apology. Frankly it was on their recommendation that I buy compost, and they KNEW it was for a lawn AND at no time did they say it was unsifted compost. So either this is modus operandi or they made a mistake and won't admit it and make good - and I sit with the problem. Fool me once, Viewpoint but you won't fool me a second time.
You as a credit bureau are meant to guard our personal information with your life and more. Now you have been hacked and YOU OFFER ME FREE TRUEIDENDITY FOR A YEAR - and in a years time we will then have to pay. Are you kidding us???? How dare you even suggest such a thing that we should now protect ourselves as you mildly put it, after your firewall clearly was not up to standard, was compromised. Transunion go to H_LL. Is this another scam from Transunion to get further subscriptions in a years time?? You don't even have the decency to say what the cost would be - oh , I forgot you can't because there's an increase coming between now and a years time.
January 2020 B W TREE FELLING removed 2 White stinkwood trees which were causing damage to a perimeter wall and a store room. After felling and removal of the wood, the stumps were poisoned with the brightest blue poison (which they also got over the pre-cast wall. Less than a year later the roots are sprouting again!!. I've emailed him on the email address on the invoice ..... no response.... emailed again asking for a response ... no response. Asked on their facebook page for a response .... no response. My only recourse now is to report this to my insurance company who chipped in for the job to be done - this was a R5000.00 job by the way, and recommend they be taken off their list of preferred service providers.
What a great pleasure it is to shop at Hecker's Nursery, North Rand Road, Beyers Park, Boksburg. The staff are very friendly, willing to assist and knowledgeable too. Their nursery is spotless, and best of all peaceful with birdsong to soothe while you shop. Nothing is too much trouble and there is loads of free parking with helpful guards willing to assist with trolley pushing and loading your precious cargo into the boot of your car. Well done The Hecker Family. You have not changed your brilliant nursery in more than 40 years - still shopping at your nursery
Well after trying to get your company to deliver my parcel which was scheduled for delivery yesterday 3 June, it was removed from the truck and not delivered. i came home from work and spent the morning waiting- in vain for a parcel NOT TO BE DELIVERED. Then at 9:15 today 4 June, I get an sms saying WE ARE ON OUR WAY TO DELIVER YOUR PARCEL. It's now 14:38 and guess what NO DELIVERY. I have phoned the company twice - first time i left a message then had to phone again more than an hour later because NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL. Now they can't get hold of the driver. NEVER, EVER WILL I USE YOUR SERVICES - you are useless.
They were the first, in my area to offer a kind of "drive thru" for shoppers so that customers do not have to expose themselves to potential risk by walking through their store. Email order, give a time for collection, shopping loaded by their staff and payment by sanitised card machine. Way to go
These chains are open on CHRISTMAS DAY - are they chasing so desperately for the last cent that they have to make their staff work on Christmas day, regardless of whether they are Christians or not - it's a worldwide season of family - clearly these chains feel nothing for family.
DEAR FNB THIS IS NOW MY SECOND REQUEST FOR MY REPLACEMENT CREDIT CARD FNB CANCELLED ON 15 DECEMBER 2018 DUE TO FRAUD ON MY CARD. I WAS TOLD 5 – 7 WORKING DAYS WELL WE ARE NOW ON DAY 34 WORKING DAYS!!! HOW DARE YOU CHARGE SERVICE CHARGES WHEN THERE IS NO SERVICE YET I AM BEING BILLED FOR HAVING A CREDIT CARD AND YOU HAVE FAILED TO DELIVER – THINK YOU NEED TO REIMBURSE THE SERVICES CHARGES ON THIS ACCOUNT FROM THE TIME YOU CANCELLED IT TO WHEN I DO GET ONE.
