I have purchased a APC UPS online via Makro and have since the 18th June 2023 been trying to get support. Eventually I received the information to deal directly with the South African agency SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC. After following instructions on testing and ensuring the UPS is faulty they agreed it is faulty and arranged collection for 11 July 2023. The timeline is now 05 July to 11 July. It is 14 July and still no conclusion to the issue as I still have the device boxed and ready to go. We have gone into loadshedding stage 6 as a small business I need to be online to earn an income.
