Poor Quality Product and No Service :(

I bought Sall Set of 2 from Schonn Furniture on 29 March and received them in the 1st week of June. When i received them we noticed that the one shelf was skew and tilted upwards. I emailed the company informing them of this on the 6 June and they asked me to send pictures on WhatsApp which I did. Subsequently they have not rep**** to any follow ups by email, WhatsApp and do not answer their phone. Do not buy from this company as you do not know the quality you are getting and they do not bother to assist you if there is a problem .
