I bought Sall Set of 2 from Schonn Furniture on 29 March and received them in the 1st week of June. When i received them we noticed that the one shelf was skew and tilted upwards. I emailed the company informing them of this on the 6 June and they asked me to send pictures on WhatsApp which I did. Subsequently they have not rep**** to any follow ups by email, WhatsApp and do not answer their phone. Do not buy from this company as you do not know the quality you are getting and they do not bother to assist you if there is a problem . this is the link to their website: https://shopfurnitureonline.co.za/
I bought a pair of NIKE JUNIOR MERCURIAL SUPERFLY 10 ACADEMY KYLIAN MBAPPE for my son in May and 3 weeks later they were starting to come apart at the front seam. I took them back and the response was that my son plays soccer on gravel. I explained to them that my son DOES NOT play on gravel but at school and club soccer. They refused to assist even through these shoes are poor quality and are starting to split. I have 3 sons and buy 3-4 pairs of soccer boots from them every year and have never had this problem before (and my sons' play on the same fields as they have always played). i will be buying another brand of soccer boots going forward. Very disappointing service from NIKE :(

Discovery offers discounts at another service provider so i will be buying my soccer boots from there going forward. Sportsman Warehouse also said they would get back to me in 2-3 days and it has been over a week with no follow up phone call. Very disappointing service.
I did an online order on the 24th November and when i checked out there was only one shipping option to select. i almost did not buy the items as I needed the items to be delivered. However, after reading their TS and Cs and Shipping Promise, i was comfortable that they would deliver especially as they asked for my shipping address so I placed the order. O. the 5th December I was told that "your order will be delivered this year". I followed up today on my order (19 Dec) and was told that i have to pay a R400 shipping fee to deliver my item. This is the first I have heard of this and this fee is nOt mentioned on their wesbite, nor was it mentioned at checkout where they nly had one option. They are very quick to take your money but less quick to send you the products. I cannot comment on the items as i do not yet have them. BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I sent a query on the 19th November and got a response on the 20th. I rep**** on the 20th requesting further information and am still waiting for a response despite following up on the 22nd November and today (29th November). There is no sense of urgency or assisting the client.
I left my sunglasses in the car and called them early the next morning to look for them. There was no urgency on their behalf and i had to follow up a few times before finally being told they were not there. I know I left them there so somehow they have disappeared :( Make sure you remove your items otherwise you will not get them back.
I received the jacket which was beautiful but unfortunately it did not fit so I had to return it. I just want to warn everyone about the extra charges. It was R99 to deliver, R200 to collect and return and then another R99 to deliver plus R50 for packaging . So R450 later I could get a new jacket :( They did not have my size in stock so I opted for a refund . Another R50 was deducted to process the refund . They did not have my size in stock so opted for a refund . I had to pay to return the jacket and another R50 was deducted to process the refund. I find all these extra costs quite disappointing as this is a premium product which should either include delivery or at least subsidise delivery. The R200 collection fee is not even market related. This was a disappointing experience overall as i am out of pocket with nothing to show for it. The customer care team friendly but their policies need to be re-looked at.
This is the first time I have used this company and I was impressed at how efficient and friendly they were. They are easy to reach on WhatsApp and assisted me quickly when I had a query. I would definitely buy from Game4U again. Highly recommend them
Shocking service. My credit card has been blocked for 5 days. I have called 3 times over 3 days and the consultants have admitted that they have all the required documents but the block has still not been lifted. It has been escalated 3 times but sadly the issue has still not been resolved. I would. It recommend them as a bank if they unable to handle basic administration
This is a scam - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. you do not receive the goods and their phones are "out of order"
