Pathetic service and Poor Quality
Unfortunately there is no rating here that justifies what I have been through with this company. From the get go, there was issues with my order, which ranged as follows: Order placed and fully paid on 21 May 2025. Then I was informed that there was a lead time of nearly 4 weeks. Then I was informed that I can only collect (not free shipping as stated on the check out), however that they are willing to deliver for an additional R1000. Although I am not in agreement with the way they conduct business, I also need the goods, fully paid for, to be delivered and agreed. Then they asked me what my colour selection were (AFTER THEY ALREADY INDICATED THAT MY ORDER IS BUSY BEING MANUFACTURED). Then I was sent the invoice for delivery on 09 June 2025, which was paid for and receipt thereof confirmed. On 11 June 2025, I was informed that I only "ordered" one matrass - I sent them a screenshot to show them that the checkout indicates the bed, mattress as well as the additional matrass for the pull out bed portion. I am yet to receive an answer on that. In the mean time the driver delivered the bed, however the quality is of such a nature that I am not willing to accept it in that state, nor does the matrass fit on the bed. I have informed them of this too, and am still to receive a response.

Still waiting for my refund
I ordered the lighthouse TV unit from Imperial homes in early December. The communication throughout the delivery process was poor and the product that was eventually delivered to me was much smaller than advertised and thus not very useful to me. I requested a refund on 18 February and have yet to receive it. They also said they would be collecting the unit from my home. Imperial homes no longer takes my calls or responds to my emails, and I thought I'd message here in the hopes of a response.

Have not received anything after 7 weeks
I ordered the Step Storage Unit on Jan, 15th. Paid R2500 for shipping and have not received the goods today - Mar, 7th. Either this company is a **** or they are utterly ***********. I'd advice against ordering anything online.

MISLEADING WEBSITE AND JUST WANT MORE MONEY
I did an online order on the 24th November and when i checked out there was only one shipping option to select. i almost did not buy the items as I needed the items to be delivered. However, after reading their TS and Cs and Shipping Promise, i was comfortable that they would deliver especially as they asked for my shipping address so I placed the order. O. the 5th December I was told that "your order will be delivered this year". I followed up today on my order (19 Dec) and was told that i have to pay a R400 shipping fee to deliver my item. This is the first I have heard of this and this fee is nOt mentioned on their wesbite, nor was it mentioned at checkout where they nly had one option. They are very quick to take your money but less quick to send you the products. I cannot comment on the items as i do not yet have them. BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY

Imperial Homes are ****mers. Made an order on 8 August 2024 & was promised 14 days delivery. Today is 12 September 2024 but still no delivery. Instead the phone now goes straight to voicemail and they are no longer answering my wapp messages but I can clearly see they are online properly ****ming more people
