Good Day
Trust you are well.
I got an email from the Attorney firm on the 04th of April advising of an outstanding payment that was sent to them by a private hospital. I was on leave and returned yesterday.
I then emailed the firm advising that I don't have the funds and this morning they tried to call me but I was unavailable but before I could call them back I got an email advising that they have listed me as a bad payer.
Take in in mind that the email of the 04th said I have 7 days to respond of which I only got the mail on the 08th and yet I responded to them advising of a payment arrangement.
I then called the firm back after attending to my work and the lady advised that she responded to my email advising there is no payment arrangement of which I never received and what's worst is that she is so rude speaking over me and not listening to me.
I've got an excellent credit score and now some firm feels they can just go and list me without proper communication. What's worst is that they claim to have sent me an email.
Some people think we don't know our rights as individuals. If you own any company money you have the right to make payment arrangements.
Tell me in this economy who can just pop out money that you did not budget for.
This is unacceptable and I'm not impressed with this firm at all.
