I'm so disgusted by the service my daughter and her friends got at the restaurant after they made a reservation and was told the service is outstanding The waiter took advantage of the fact that they were young girls and gave them the most pethatic service. Her one friend didn't get her order as everyone else because the waiter never placed her order. I'm so disappointed by the server our young adults got from your restaurant

Good Day Trust you are well. I'm so dissatisfied with the way our account has been handled. I specifically advised the hospital that they need to contact me with regards to the account payments. They decided to make contact with my partner who works crazy hours and I knew he would not be able to contact them that's the reason why I asked that I be contacted. I took responsibility for any outstanding payments. Guess what they did. They failed to send me the information and decided to hand the account over to Schulenburg Attorneys and when I tried to make payment arrangements with them they didn't want to listen and the lady then sent me a mail to say I was listed as a bad payer. Yes, I took accountability for the account but not once did the hospital make contact with me yet they have my contact details. What's worst is that the attorneys doesn't want to accept a payment arrangement. This is disgusting service from the hospital
Good Day Trust you are well. I got an email from the Attorney firm on the 04th of April advising of an outstanding payment that was sent to them by a private hospital. I was on leave and returned yesterday. I then emailed the firm advising that I don't have the funds and this morning they tried to call me but I was unavailable but before I could call them back I got an email advising that they have listed me as a bad payer. Take in in mind that the email of the 04th said I have 7 days to respond of which I only got the mail on the 08th and yet I responded to them advising of a payment arrangement. I then called the firm back after attending to my work and the lady advised that she responded to my email advising there is no payment arrangement of which I never received and what's worst is that she is so rude speaking over me and not listening to me. I've got an excellent credit score and now some firm feels they can just go and list me without proper communication. What's worst is that they claim to have sent me an email. Some people think we don't know our rights as individuals. If you own any company money you have the right to make payment arrangements. Tell me in this economy who can just pop out money that you did not budget for. This is unacceptable and I'm not impressed with this firm at all.
Good Day I would like to say thank you Sbongile Ntsala at the emergency reception for assisting my husband. He got to the hospital just after 17:00 pm and the staff that was in duty just told him that the company documents was not in order but when she came in for her shift we approached her and she made the process so much easier She got my husband to go to triage while helping me get all the documents from the Company. She even spoke to the manager to make sure that all paper work is completed just to make sure that he can be assisted. Thanks so much Sbongile (Milpar Hospital)
Cell C is advertising online and in their brochures on the Samsung Galaxy Active 5 watches knowing very well that they don't have the watches. They disappoint their customers and then we are forced to take phones only when they advertise watches that they say is discontinued. I waited for over a week only to be told the watches are discontinued. This is extremely bad customer service. You can't advertise something you don't have it's misleading to your customers.
I would like to put it out to you how displeased I am with your service. My In-laws decided to get Wifi and they weren't even connected for a month when their router stopped working from the 08th of September. My father in-law is a pensioner and he keeps calling and being informed that "help is on it's way". We in a new month and I hope you don't expect them to pay for a service that was never rendered to them.
I am extremely disappointed in the service my husband and I received from Nedbank. We went to the branch and was advised that we need to contact the contact center. the consultant didn't even bother to check anything for us instead just said call the contact center. We than contacted the call center and the consultant told us that his cell phone number needs to be updated at the branch. We than told her that we were at the branch and if the consultant bother to check anything for us we could've done this at the branch. She than gave us a different number to dial only to find out that they only operate Monday - Friday. This was such bad service. Everyone knew what we needed and no one could assist by giving us proper advise.
