To Scorpion I ask: Do your security personnel have driving licenses? Why don't your security personnel obey the rules of the road? Is it policy that your security personnel swear at the public and then try to harass and intimidate citizens when called out for not following rules? Today, approximately 13h30 whilst driving in Theuns van Niekerk street, a Scorpion security vehicle (Reg HH94ZGGP) stood in the middle of the road blocking the way. Not moving I shimmied around it and when I saw the opportunity, as I was passing by, I ask the black male security driver what he was doing. He nonchalantly rep****: "I am talking to my friends", his friends being a car parked on the corner. I told him he should not stand in the road holding cars up, and park on the side of the road and not in it. He rep****: "Go **** yourself." I drove in front of his vehicle, took out my phone took two pictures and drove off, he caught up with me down the road and attempted to overtake me and ended up taking a short left instead. I phoned their offices (0126461029) at 14h20 and the operator told me I would receive a phone call from the relevant authorities, an hour has passed and still no call.

I live in a complex in Centurion where my home was broken into, car keys remote stolen and literallydriven out of the complex at 4am! Complex has a security protocol that all vehicles entering and leaving complex wether resident or visitor must have both license disk, drivers license scanned and photo of driver taken between 21h00 -06h00 before boom gate can be opened. But on 2 February the guard magucally forgot this protocol, opened the boomgate and my car drive off. What cer*****y could the thieves have that he will open of the guard wssnt working with them! No accountability from Riaan (centurion Manager) and the thief kept coming to work like nothing happened! I kept calling and was told only a month later that the guard would take a lie detector test and to date I havent received the results! Worse other guards were told not to talk to me specifically about the incident.BUNCH OF THIEVES!

This company makes me feel safe in these uncertain times we live in. Riaan , the owner , is wide awake and always answers my calls personally. His vehicles' visibility are high in our area ( Rietvlei Dam Area, Irene, Pretoria ) and his armed response team always willing to help . I can highly recommend this company.

This company makes me feel safe in these uncertain times we live in. Riaan , the owner , is wide awake and always answers my calls personally. Absolute worse service possible. Could not get anything right from the start, did not know what do check for or inspect on the alarm. Had no clue on what needed to be done. But they debited the monthly account quickly. Disconnected my siren on the electrical fence and does not want to take responsibility for that. And blew a fuse on the energizer, and blamed us, while they were the only ones working on the energizer to move the radio. Made me pay for parts they did not install, no refund as of yet.
