For the last three months I have been battling with connectivity , the so call Rain , is just an ****ty service provider , one thing that they good at is debit your money every month , but to be connected every day it's an issue . There's no pro rata, as every time I newd to but data to get myself connected .. I'm sicken and tired with this ****ty service provider , they'll *** mess your day
I have an issue with the above service provider ,I have called so many time to reduce my premium instead their ****ty fince keeps on increasing my debit order amount can someone who has a customer service experience and assist ause its been five months .Either they fix this mess or will have to cancel and shop around
To whom it may concern On Sunday I had an encounter where I experienced a foreign sound coming from the the engine. The following dayat around 09:00 I requested VW assist to tow the car and take in to Centurion VW, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING “ it has become a trend that once the car goes in for a service in a month or two I’m yet to take in for mechanical damage “. Midafternoon on Monday I called to find what the status of the car was and I was advise that a technician has been appointed . Today I called VW centurion numerous times , without any response to find how far they and if there’s any diagnosis only l , to my surprise I was told car hasn’t been attended to and no technician has been appointed , it’s over two days without car. Can I please have a valid explanation as to why do I have to continuously do a follow up with your service center. What does one need to do to get assistance . Do we always have to escalate matters before assistance can be received . I need my car fixed by end of today . I cannot go another day without a car, alternatively you’ll need to make arrangements for to travel around . I'm currently shock with the text I got stating that my instalment for April of which my understanding is I'm on price lock,kindly check and revert back , I regret the day I took price lock for 12 months. Now the debit which ever amount they feel ... I see now why most people switch to Netflix .ever since I took this price lock package I'm having problems.

I bought a new decoder and it was installed now the problem is I had to wait for 2 hours for the error message to be cleared E30,and I spent almost R200,00 on airtime since they won't call back,what a horrible service I received 14/12/2019, and the rest of the consult whom I spoke too , they were very incompetent, there was no emphathy since I told them that I'm running out of airtime , what a worse services I received from Dstv
Scopion risk have gone all quiet on me and I wonder they think by so doing I will get tired and stop calling or emailing you? They promised to fix my car but now you are duck and diving . It been 4 months now since the accident. We have to call for an update so w happenede and I'm fedup with the way things been handle . I have been patient and now I’m tired..
Im very disappointed with the services I received form DSTV, Firstly a debit order was authorised without my concern and when I called to find out I'm being taking from pillar to post,so I called again on the 25/11/2019 spoke to a white lady by the name of Ronelle and when I ask her to investigate she hang up the phone didn't bother to help since she heared was irate, so I'm very disappointed with the service,and Cyber crime is very serious offence,,I received a **** service

My concern is that the panel beaters that you chose are unfriendly and ever since the 18 I haven't received my car for them I don't know whether it's a race issue or not because I don't even get feedback from them .customer service is bad and I'm not happy at all.I suggest you get another approved panel beaters otherwise clients will go ,remember bad service can ruin the companies reputation<br>
