Failure to deliver as promised

Scopion risk have gone all quiet on me and I wonder they think by so doing I will get tired and stop calling or emailing you? They promised to fix my car but now you are duck and diving . It been 4 months now since the accident. We have to call for an update so w happenede and I'm fedup with the way things been handle .
