I ordered a sale item online which I had to return as it doesn't fit me. Their policy states, "No refunds on promotional items. Promotional items may not be exchanged at store locations. Please contact customercare@scotchsoda.co.za for any exchanges."
I sent an email to customercare@scotchsoda.co.za informing them that I need to return the item as it doesn't fit me. No response received. I returned the item via Courier Guy to the return address on the invoice and sent a follow up email after I received confirmation that it has been delivered. Still no response from Scotch & Soda. They just ignore my emails.
So at present, I don't have the item nor the money I paid for it. And I have no other way of contacting them as them as the website only provides an email address. Frustration galore!
