Delay on chronic medication but quick to charge on medical aid

My medication was supposed to be delivered on the 30th and they charged on my medical aid but I still dont have my medication, I have been calling them numerous times but no one seems to know when will my medication be delivered. Its chronic medication I cannot be without it. I suggest they send my prescription back and I will use another pharmacy because this not good for my health
