I haven’t had network since Wednesday night and when I call their office they tell me to reverse my debit order because they don’t have ETA. I am now spending more money as I have to buy data to work but my debit order went off and now they are not answering calls. Worst service provider
Sibanatso fekefeke gave me the most exceptional service ever. Has all my details and explained everything without getting irritated by my questions. He even went an extra mile of helping with my cancellation when I advised him that I’m busy and won’t have time to do it. You would swear I was dealing with a private banker. Sibabatso is the best the company could ask for. I am completely satisfied
I have trying to get hold of Surf4life for the past 2 day. I waited on the line for over 40 minutes and when I reached position 1 it rerouted and placed me at position 15 again. I tried again this morning, after holding for 30 minutes I was rerouted to position 11 again. I need to get my internet working as I am working from home and it has become a stressful task to get hold of you guys. Urgently assist as we have no choice but to use your Fibre in the complex.
I contacted Cell C in August 2022 to advise that I have changed Banks and requested that they debit on the new account. To my surprise they would not debit on the date I requested but debit as and when they please. Also they failed to move my data contract and I got the shock of my life when I found out the account had been handed over. I do not want to be contacted by Shapiro as I ensure I afford my debts. I need this rectified immediately and for Shapiro to stop calling me. Check who did not do their job correctly and fix this mess as it is messing up with my credit score and I am in a process of buying a house. I need feedback ASAP.
I have asked during October or November for the account to be closed but that was not done, I keep on getting messages that the account is overdue but I haven't been using the account for months now. I was shocked when I was told my account has been handed over. I then asked the consultant to check with Absa what happened as I will not pay 6000 for bank charges. That was not done as well. I complained on Twitter and the admin told me to visit the branch. I asked why must I visit the branch if I opened the account online. If it was easy for them to open it, then it should be easy to close it online as well as I do not have the capacity to go to any branch hence I do everything online. Can someone please close this account and reverse all these bank charges. I will not and do not have 7000 for bank charges. Also please ask your people for shapiro to stop calling me because someone didn't do their job. I do not have any reference number as I advised this was requested in 2022. Can I have this rectified as soon as possible as it will affect my credit score or I will see more messages thsy6i owe absa millions in bank charges
I called the store to advise them that I would like to change my debit order date. The response I got was I will need to go into the store as the call centre wont be able to assist and this was October2022. I then made an arrangement plan to pay online which I did on Friday as I was now behind with payments and advised that by February I would be back on track. I made a payment on Friday and to my surprise I received a call from my mother advising that there are guys who came to repossess my furniture stating that I am not paying while I made a payment on Friday morning and was going to make another payment on Tuesday. I was so embarrassed to receive a call from my mother who was in a state of shock. The lady who was assisting me advised that he called the guys and advised them to leave my mothers house. Firstly I want to understand that how did this happen when I made payment. I have messages where I even asked the lady (Zama) to send me the banking details and also advised her of my home address. She never came back with feedback in regards to my address being changed to the correct one.
I did an application on the 5th of October which was approved, on the 13th I was advised they dont have stock for the device I ordered. To my surprise on the 22nd I received another sms with a different reference number, I called on the 26th only to be advised that someone changed the device I ordered to a new one. Called today to be advised even the new one which I did not approve is out of stock. I was being transferred from pillar to post with no help. Please advise what must one do now.
I just received a call from Rewards Co on behalf of MTN, I advise the lady Sindiswa or Sindile that I am in a meeting and she laughed and said what nonsense am I saying because my son answered the phone. I asked her if she is aware that some people still work from home and she kept on being rude and forcing me to speak a Nguni language which I don't even understand. I don't have a deal with Rewards Co nor MTN to be entertaining such nonsense. Teach your people soft skills and ask them to watch the news and make it a norm as I have been working from home post lockdown as an educated individual, I do not need to be in the office to make sales like her. If needed I can even teach her a thing or two so she can get a better job. Stop calling me and please remove my number from your base
I ordered my sim card and Rain decided to use RAM hand to hand deliveries. Till today I do not have my sim and I have wasted a lot of money trying to track my order with no luck. Rain please sort this issue out with RAM or give me my money back
I received an sms and email confirming that I will receive my parcel today. I canceled all my appointments to ensure I am home when they deliver. I had to call them and enquire as to where is my parcel only to be told the driver ran out of time meaning I need to cancel my appointments again tomorrow and what guarantee do I have that they will deliver. This is such an inconvenience
