No after sales , no communication
No after sales , no communication . Promises with no results . 10 Days after purchase the emailed and said the product is out of stock - would you like a refund to which I rep**** yes . Numerous emails , face book messages etc , not getting any replies back from them . 17 days later still nothing - do not buy from this seller - ****ming people out of money !

Sculpify is a ****
I believe it’s a **** . Everything ( including the courier suppose to be out for delivery) looked all so very ‘real’ but it’s not. I Ordered it on 5th December 2024 . Tried to contact the company and couriers several times but no phone number - then sent 10x emails to try to follow up and a generic reply would come back and only three times it would say they will look into it. It’s now over three & half months later.

Sculpify is a ****
I believe it’s a **** . Everything ( including the courier suppose to be out for delivery) looked all so very ‘real’ but it’s not. I Ordered it on 5th December 2024 . Tried to contact the company and couriers several times but no phone number - then sent 10x emails to try to follow up and a generic reply would come back and only three times it would say they will look into it. It’s now over three & half months later.

Ordered and paid for goods from website. Only received email that they received payment. And never heard from them again. No means to contact them. Bank *****line confirmed money paid to a Vodacom account. So no means to recover your money. ****STERS

Sculpify shocking after service
Their delivery when you purchase is super efficient, however after service is shocking. I received a faulty unit and 4 weeks later no update on either a refund / replacement or the option to return the device.
