Sculpify shocking after service
Their delivery when you purchase is super efficient, however after service is shocking. I received a faulty unit and 4 weeks later no update on either a refund / replacement or the option to return the device.

Exclusive books fails to deliver on promise
I ordered Christmas gifts online early December. The order confirmation as well as the website stated delivery by 24 December. I send emails and called the call centre. Partial delivery and responses to my queries were received after Christmas. Today, 6 January, a month later, I have still not received my full order. Very disappointing.
