The staff were great but man oh man was the owner/manager awful. We had just walked in the store and heard this female berating the staff behind the fresh fish counter. When she walked through the store she had this miserable bitter looking face and she didn’t care at all that there were customers in the store. She literally didn’t acknowledge our existence. As if that wasn’t the end she then barked at the staff to screengrab her WhatsApp status and share it to their contacts? It was very strange and gave toxic workplace energy. Lady, if you’re seeing this, just do better. Being nasty isn’t a good look on you and it’s clearly showing on your face. Just be kind. It’s not hard.

seafood market thief
The owner is a thief. He has properties he rents out, then when the tenants move out he doesn't return their deposit. The properties are not maintained and then he uses the deposit to do work and get higher rentals. sickening.

Fly in fish. Seafood market
I purchased a tray of bake fish from the store. I found a fly in it after my son eating the product. I contacted the store advising them of my problem. Spoke to vaneshree and Mohammed. No assistance from them. I advised them that I will bring the product back to them as long as they cover my fuel and they are refusing. That's not good customer service. People need to b aware of stores like this. They don't have customer service ethics. I wanted to speak to the owner but every time I call his not available.

Fly in fish. Seafood market

Bad customer service and professionalism
I was given bad customer service as I bought a box of fish 15kg hake but was given the wrong order even asked if this is the correct order as I had experienced the same issue with the store I had send back the order and I paid r200 for transport asked for compensation and I was told its my fault I had a bad expirience
