Terrible fibre, Vodacom should change fibre supplier. Internet constantly down been down 2 days now and this happens permanently. It’s ridiculous.
Good day My review yesterday of Contour technology was incorrect. They got back to me and it was the municipality which messed up. Thank you Contour technology for coming back to me so quickly. Apologies for pointing a finger, and thank you for letting me know where the problem is.

This company is taking off money from my electricity I purchase with a description arrears amount. From R500 they taking off R148. How can they claim an overdue amount if electricity is purchased from my bank account. I cannot get through to them and even after numerous mails no response. Please check your electricity units when purchasing. Luckily I looked at the mails I receive when I purchase and went back on previous mails where I picked up 2 x purchases with this problem. I noticed by the amount of units I usually get where the last purchase had 50 units short and that’s how I decided to actually go into the receipts sent via email only to realise what they doing. Something need to be done about this. They actually *****ing money blatantly for an account which they claim is overdue when we paying cash for the electricity. Disgusting Contour technology…I’m coming for you !!!

Placed my order at 1:30 today money got deducted and it is 4 yet no delivery. Their call centre not working and I sent numerous mails to no avail, reading all these reviews is scary why are these people still operating. They not responding to any reviews which tells me they fully aware what they doing. The order was placed for my granny whose unable to walk. Seriously how do you steal from old people. Shame on you Checkers 60/60.
Mr delivery took my order then deducted my money and decided they cannot deliver the order. When I asked when I’m going to be refunded the gentleman could not tell me. My neighbour had the same issue and never got refunded 6 months later. People I suggest you rather keep cash at home to pay than to pay via your card. How many of peoples money are they taking and not refunding. This is unacceptable. I will never trust them going forward. They are dishonest let alone disgusting.
I am extremely dissapointed with MiWay for messing me around with my refund, I sent off my documents in January 21 and after numerous calls and emails I eventually got out Busisiwe Seth who I thought was great with her assistance and who confirmed everything will be sorted in April 2022. She apologised for the inconvenience and bad service from MiWay. Yesterday 10 May 2022 I called in again after numerous attempts before then to tell her that my issue was not resolved and when she told me but the payment was made on the 25 April 2022 I requested a proof of payment. When that came through eventually I discovered the bank details and the bank did not belong to me. So again, they investigating and I have to wait. My concern is who does that banking details belong to where the money was paid into….how did they get it so wrong after me sending them the relevant information numerous times….I am waiting on Busisiwe Seth to get back to me with this information. Let’s see if she calls today….The process is tiring, having to call them to check up then discovering that the money got paid into a different bank account. Now having to call in again for them to fix their mess. I guess this is the times we living in….MiWay team you got to do better….
Hi is there anybody else out there struggling to get hold of Comair regarding the flights which was delayed in March 2022 due to them being grounded. I have been frustratingly struggling to get a hold of someone to assist. After numerous emails because their contact number is no longer in use and numerous trips to the airport I still got nothing. I tried getting vitality to assist but they cannot help either even though the flights were booked through their website. I will appreciate any assistance from individuals who has been experiencing the same problem. Thank you
I purchased a white gold ring for my daughter on the 22nd January 2022 and it has been 3 months and I took the ring back twice to the Greenacres branch because firstly the white gold turned yellow and second time the diamond fell out. The service I received from consultant was fine however because she could not answer me on certain questions the branch manager Belinda was first time not there but out to the shop quickly and second time when she was there could not answer me either. I then called the head office whereby Natalie the receptionist said after me asking for the area manager details she cannot assist and put the phone down on me while I was still talking to her. I eventually got hold of Fabian Mcullan whose the area manager and he apologised for everything and said he would come back to me. The point I am getting to is the service from head office of NWJ with no responses to emails then having the receptionist putting the call down while I am talking to her is utterly disgusting. NWJ advertise they selling the finest jewellery only for the jewellery to need repairs in such a short time. Never in my life have I been embarrassed this way. Fischers jewellers I once again want to call out to say thank you for making your customers feel special with your one on one service. I regret going into NWJ for the ring and would of never had this issue now if I just went to Fischers jewellers. I guess you learn the hard way….
