Horrible service!

I contacted them doing a follow up on a wine order. The lady at reception kept putting me on hold everytime a call would come through.Eventually I was transferred to a Jessica who was so rude to me,she did not want to give me her surname,was utterly so unprofessional.

What disgusting service!!!!!!!!!
