Hi there, I am very disappointment with how my order has been handled. I've been tracking it since yesterday. I called your office this morning to confirm if I can expect today and I was assured that it will be delivered. I've been home the whole day and even canceled my errands only for your team to return my order without my knowledge. I've never bought from any outline that utilises your service before but is that how you operate? Who gave authority for my order to be returned? Its extremely cold and my heater was supposed to be here but someone in your team deemed it fit to return it since it has no effect to them. Next thing you are going to deliver when I'm not in the house and make it my problem. Waybill: BAR1398014

if you order something from Port Elizabeth to Jo'burg, expect a 4-day delivery time, 2 days of which it's just lying around in their warehouse. They are lethargic to say the least and I had to collect the shipment myself from their warehouse, to avoid another day's delay. When I called them to find out their address, as they are located in a new unmapped area (not in the GPS), the woman on the phone was unable to give me directions. This is not an isolated incident and I previously experienced a similar delay with them.

I work in collecting and delivering HPE parts at seabourne JHB and sadly the wait time is ridiculous, on average I wait 20 minutes for an HPE individual to assist and another 20 for paperwork. This is me just giving them things. Greatly disappointed

The service is absolutely shocking. Twice now we have ordered for delivery from Dry Ice International, who uses Seabourne Express as their courier company. The first order was not delivered on the day of delivery and we had a major run around to find an alternative delivery address in Pietermaritzburg because apparently the courier couldn't drive 10 minutes up the road to Hilton. The second time, they just didn't deliver. When we followed up, they said it went out for delivery but was returned to the depot in Pietermaritzburg for an unknown reason. Then we arranged to pick it up and 15 mins before the agreed upon time they suddenly told us it was in a van coming from Pinetown. They gave us conflicting information every time we spoke. I recommend using a reliable courier company, not Seabourne express, they are beyond useless. Dry Ice International really should up their game and use a different courier.

I have been dealing with Seabourne Express, regarding an Xbox Series S that had to be sent to Microsoft for a repair order. It has been almost a month, and no one can give me any updates as to what is happening with my order. Martha, the lady apparantly standing in for Keneilwe, thought it was rather funny and started laughing on the other side of the phone, as I was trying to explain to her the situation. William, the person you are supposed to call to escalate these orders, is never available to take these calls, so nothing ever gets done. I think the audacity of an employee to laugh at you on the other side of the phone, is a direct representation of how clients are obviously treated by Seabourne Express. I think Microsoft need to perhaps look into sourcing a different Courier to handle there repair orders, as it seems Seabourne are unfit for the Job.

Honestly - no words for this terrible service. They collected our office equipment to be moved from JHB-CT and lost the damn parcel because somebody forgot to create a waybill for the order! On top of the missing parcel - zero replies from any of the agents that assisted us and *****ed this up for us. We’re tired of chasing Lee-Anne to give us updates on the matter.

Thank you for your super-awesome service. From JHB - CPT in less than 24hours. Your OXN service is really awesome. 2 very important parcels left with your driver Goodman yesterday just after 16:00 bound for 2 different addresses in Cape Town. Even though we have selected Overnight service, I only expected this to arrive over the weekend or best yet, on Monday. But both parcels have already been signed for. This really helps us to deliver on our promise of delivering our orders 1-2 days after receiving an order from our online store. Thank you for being part of the success of our Online Store

I contacted them doing a follow up on a wine order. The lady at reception kept putting me on hold everytime a call would come through.Eventually I was transferred to a Jessica who was so rude to me,she did not want to give me her surname,was utterly so unprofessional. What disgusting service!!!!!!!!!
