A special thanks to Paul for his professionalism in handling my complaint. I had lost hope of it ever being resolved, but Paul stepped in, thoroughly investigated the issue, and ensured it was successfully resolved. I truly appreciate his dedication and support.
1. Settlement Shortfall and Unpaid Refund As part of the trade-in agreement, CBK Motors undertook to settle the outstanding balance on my vehicle in the amount of R174,388.96. By the time the deal was finalized, the bank had already debited my account with an instalment of R5,703, which meant CBK Motors was required to settle R168,685.96 and refund the difference back to me. Instead, the dealership only paid R168,953.12, and the balance owed to me was not paid into my personal account as agreed. After repeated follow-ups from my side, I was informed that the refund had been processed but had been incorrectly deposited into my vehicle finance account. CBK Motors provided a proof of payment which confirms that the refund was not paid into the account number provided in the settlement letter, but rather paid using the reference number, resulting in the payment not being allocated or reflected at the bank. The Bank has since confirmed that they do not have a vehicle finance suspense account, and any payment made to an incorrect account automatically bounces back. Despite this information, CBK Motors has refused to investigate, rectify the payment, or re-issue the refund to the correct account. Instead, I have been repeatedly instructed to contact the Bank myself—forcing me to spend my own time, resources, and airtime attempting to fix an error that CBK Motors created. It has now been over three weeks since the refund became due, and I am still awaiting payment. I am also the one continually following up, as CBK Motors does not return my calls or update me proactively. 2. Traffic Fine Incorrectly Assigned to Me On 24 October, I handed over my old vehicle to CBK Motors as the trade-in was finalized on that date. On 25 October, one of your staff members drove my former vehicle and exceeded the speed limit. Since the vehicle was still registered under my name at the time, the traffic fine was issued to me. I provided the ticket details to your dealership on 7 November, yet I have been told I must pay the fine myself and “get refunded later.” This is not acceptable, as the offence was committed by a CBK Motors employee after the vehicle was already in your possession.

Hi there, I am very disappointment with how my order has been handled. I've been tracking it since yesterday. I called your office this morning to confirm if I can expect today and I was assured that it will be delivered. I've been home the whole day and even canceled my errands only for your team to return my order without my knowledge. I've never bought from any outline that utilises your service before but is that how you operate? Who gave authority for my order to be returned? Its extremely cold and my heater was supposed to be here but someone in your team deemed it fit to return it since it has no effect to them.
