Lethargic

if you order something from Port Elizabeth to Jo'burg, expect a 4-day delivery time, 2 days of which it's just lying around in their warehouse.

They are lethargic to say the least and I had to collect the shipment myself from their warehouse, to avoid another day's delay.

When I called them to find out their address, as they are located in a new unmapped area (not in the GPS), the woman on the phone was unable to give me directions.

This is not an isolated incident and I previously experienced a similar delay with them.
