Order returned without my knowledge

Hi there,

I am very disappointment with how my order has been handled. I've been tracking it since yesterday. I called your office this morning to confirm if I can expect today and I was assured that it will be delivered.

I've been home the whole day and even canceled my errands only for your team to return my order without my knowledge. I've never bought from any outline that utilises your service before but is that how you operate? Who gave authority for my order to be returned?

Its extremely cold and my heater was supposed to be here but someone in your team deemed it fit to return it since it has no effect to them.

Next thing you are going to deliver when I'm not in the house and make it my problem.
