We have a fibre line with Seacom. Today at noon we logged a ticket as we lost connection to the internet. We had a reply asking us to reboot our router (which we had already done but duly did again) and have not had any response since.
We have called numerous times (the call cuts off before it even rings) and have followed up with emails. So far we have not heard a thing and are still without internet connectivity!
