Absolutely shocking service! And don't even bother to try and get in contact with them because nobody ever comes back to you on their What's App line and if you call, you hold forever! Best advice I can give is that if the company you're buying from uses Fastway Couriers - buy from somewhere else.
I mailed ABSA Insurance with a query on my home insurance on 6 August. Got an automated response saying someone would be in touch. I've followed up THREE times and still no response. Absolutely shocking ABSA!! Unacceptable!
We have a fibre line with Seacom. Today at noon we logged a ticket as we lost connection to the internet. We had a reply asking us to reboot our router (which we had already done but duly did again) and have not had any response since. We have called numerous times (the call cuts off before it even rings) and have followed up with emails. So far we have not heard a thing and are still without internet connectivity!
