On the 12th may I messaged Seagate and asked them how I open a backed up folder to view exactly what files had been backed up on my 4TB Seagate Expansion drive. On 22 May they eventually came back to me requesting I log a case with technical support using a ref number they gave me. I duly did exactly that.
To cut a long story short, to date I have still not received a reply nor a resolution to my original request.
Seagate support is worse than useless and if there was anything less than a 1 star rating I would be using it. I know they don't care, but on principal I will never buy another Seagate product again.
