Excellent Service from Terence Chabikwa , Seagull Industries , Cape Town

I purchased a Garden Pavilion on line via Loots which is a product of Seagull Industries , Cape Town and the item was delivered correctly on time etc .I assembled and it looked really beautiful however I had a stroke a bad luck . About 2 weeks after it was assembled , there was a vicious wind storm and I was not at home at the time . Upon my return I found the pavilion lying on its side and 2 poles and 2 support bars were broken off during the storm. I then sent a mail to Mr Terence Chabikwa of Seagull Industries in Cape Town rather that to Loots ZA explaining what had happened and requested prices to buy replacement poles and bars . This Gentleman was so kind that he replaced the damaged items FREE OF CHARGE which he didn't have to as it was no fault or defect of the product and I only paid the courier costs from Cape Town . This is what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE , walking the extra mile to pleeze a customer . Thanks once again Terence , keep up this excellent attitude .
