I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response from Bradlows regarding my defective Sealy bed. The bed was purchased less than a year ago and has already sagged to the point of causing back pain.
This is not the first time I have experienced this issue. The original mattress sagged within 6 weeks of purchase and was exchanged in February. Shockingly, the replaced mattress has now also sagged after only nine months of use. Despite raising this matter, Bradlows has failed to respond or provide any meaningful resolution.
As a customer, I trusted Bradlows to supply quality products and re**** on Sealy as a reputable brand that has been trusted for many years. It is deeply frustrating to see such poor quality from a brand that is supposed to represent durability and comfort. The silence from Bradlows only adds to the disappointment, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued.
I expect Bradlows management to take this complaint seriously, provide a proper resolution, and restore confidence in both the Bradlows name and the Sealy brand. Customers should not have to endure repeated product failures and lack of accountability.
