I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response from Bradlows regarding my defective Sealy bed. The bed was purchased less than a year ago and has already sagged to the point of causing back pain. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue. The original mattress sagged within 6 weeks of purchase and was exchanged in February. Shockingly, the replaced mattress has now also sagged after only nine months of use. Despite raising this matter, Bradlows has failed to respond or provide any meaningful resolution. As a customer, I trusted Bradlows to supply quality products and re**** on Sealy as a reputable brand that has been trusted for many years. It is deeply frustrating to see such poor quality from a brand that is supposed to represent durability and comfort. The silence from Bradlows only adds to the disappointment, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued. I expect Bradlows management to take this complaint seriously, provide a proper resolution, and restore confidence in both the Bradlows name and the Sealy brand. Customers should not have to endure repeated product failures and lack of accountability.

I called in to test the car location and was assisted by a friendly consultant named Xolisile Ngwenya. Her service was efficient and she gave me the correct location of the car. Thanks Xolisile for your prompt service
Worst experience I’ve ever had with Finchoice, I’ve had a mobi account with them and I thought I’ve already repaid all the money owed as they stopped debiting the account for a good 8 months from January 2023 to August 2023. I had another account with them which was debited on the same day as mobimoney. I’ve requested an update on a debit order date to the last day of the month. Which in my thinking was linked to the mobi account. I’ve been harassed with calls regarding the mobimoney account which has been paid and a bad credit on my profile was listed with credit bureau. I’m really disappointed for their distasteful services
The most unreliable data provider ever. Very quick to disconnect internet even when it’s difficult to get through to them when you need support. I’ve requested an account billing date change to last day of the month and was told it can’t be done. Made payment on the 31st of October 2023 and now my internet was cut off, it’s not even month end yet and got **********, called customer care and was told “that’s how it is” meaning the service can’t run to end of the month because of failed debit order which I’ve requested to be changed. I’ve been struggling with connection and yet still got cut off before month end. I’m not happy with the poor service.
