Hi Jeerani, sorry to hear of the bad experience received, our commitment to continually improve our products and services through the application of a quality management system, as guidelined by the ISO (International Standards Organisation) quality management principles. We make every effort to manufacture our sleep sets with only the finest materials. If however, you discover a defect in your new hand made mattress or foundation, please contact the retail store where you purchased your sleep set. thanks Verdi

Verdi, that is a blatant lie; Sealy South Africa ( BRAVO ) does NOT possess an ISO 9001 certificate. If you so call, comply to ISO standards, defects would not end up at the consumer. Sealy is using S C R A P timber for manufacturing. I will await your reply with your iso certification number and certificate number. I have just browsed Hello Peter, and am flabbergasted by the number of complaints on this platform. Are you giving everyone the same response, " SORRY TO HEAR......."
